Chad Barber is a father of 5 and had his first child at 18 years old. As young Dad with kids, he put himself through college and has amased a portfolio of 250 doors and has another 400 units under construction. The unfortunate passing of his father and brother in 2020 encourgaed him to have a second round of kids with an 11 year gap between his first and second batch.
