Trevor is a seasoned real estate investor and property management expert with a unique background. As a former Machine Gun Squad Leader in the Marine Corps Infantry, he completed two tours in Iraq in 2006 and 2007-2008. After his military service, Trevor pursued degrees in finance and entrepreneurship while launching multiple successful businesses. His introduction to real estate began in mortgage brokering, where he quickly discovered the incredible potential of real estate investing.

His journey into short-term rentals (STRs), starting with Airbnb properties, began as a “good idea at the time.” However, Trevor soon identified a significant gap in competent property management within the STR space. This realization led him to build a property management business specifically designed to serve the needs of STR investors.

Today, Trevor owns a growing portfolio of over 20 properties and manages more than 50 additional STR properties across six states for other owners. His extensive experience in both investing and managing STRs makes him a go-to consultant for anyone looking to succeed in this industry.
