Story of the American Dream

Twenty years ago Scott had an IT business that failed before he moved to Florida with only $20 in his pocket. He was determined to follow the American dream his parents instilled in him. Now, Scott is an accomplished yacht captain and real estate investor with a diverse portfolio, raising capital for syndications and starting his own fund. He’s also a devoted father of two daughters and an active family man.
