Tom Dunkel worked in mergers and acquisitions in the aerospace industry prior to becoming a full time real estate investor in 2006. There were challenges! He started his investing career right before the great financial crises, a difficult time in the industry for deals and also a time he had two small children at home. Despite the odds, he went on to purchase over 11,000 mortgages, within which he worked with many owners to keep them in their homes. Tom also has developed successful ventures in mini storage and boat storage and continues to grow each of his successful business arms.
