Justin is a father of 4 and runs Leicestermore Capital. After starting in the multifamily syndication business he found the cash flow non-existent and all the value generated at sale. Chasing cash flow took him to the Short-Term Rental business. 

His own father was non-existent as a child and his mother went to jail when he was a teen. These factors didn’t stop him from recognizing the need to work hard and improve, so he joined the Navy at 18. It was there he learned that diligence is the key to success in all things.

He now has a personal portfolio of 132 STRs.
