This course will teach you how to:
- Analyze a Trailing 12 month financial Statement
- Analyze a Rent Roll
- Identify how to calculate a Return on Cost and decide if the work is worth it.
- How to write a business plan for the success of an asset.
- Underwrite multifamily properties ranging from heavy value add to Class A Core holds.
- Stratify risk for an investment with expected returns.
- Learn to write both initial deal memos and how to craft a full offering memorandum.

This is a course for entry level and experienced Real Estate professionals who want to take their knowledge to the next level.
The deals we work on in this course can be practice deals, or real deals if you choose to make them so. All deals are kept confidential and I will work with you on building out the necessary pieces for your deal.
This course is for real world application and real world skill sets.
Length of Course: 3 months.
Occurrence: We will meet once per week for a 1 hour call.
Requirements for the class.
- Ability to bring one potential deal per week to review.
- Personal time dedicated each week to implementing skills taught on our calls.
- Working knowledge of Excel
- A geographic region on which you want to focus.
- Three month commitment (6 - 12 is recommended)
